Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage and track end to end launch activities • Attend launch meetings with CMs and PSMs to have full understanding of the launch and its requirements • Understand requirements and impact to strategically plan, create and monitor to closure BSP projects based on scoping document, priorities, SLAs and launch commitments • Manage crossovers and coordinate any launch related communications • Closely work with PT to meet requirements and timeline • Coordinate with clients (CS/PSM) to address urgent PT questions and clarifications • Follow launch SOPs and get explicit launch approvals • Ensure specific POD launch related documents and sheets are updated • Responsible in increasing ones product knowledge for efficiency • Participate in post launch activities such as retrospective meetings, etc. • Conduct high level review that changes defined in the scoping document were executed Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
