Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with various organizational stakeholders to provide advisory services that drive business agility and foster technology innovation. This role focuses on guiding clients through transformational journeys that enhance their ability to adapt and excel in competitive environments. The practitioner collaborates across multiple teams to ensure that strategic initiatives align with evolving business needs, supporting continuous improvement and sustainable growth within client organizations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology groups to ensure cohesive transformation efforts.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Good To Have Skills: Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions that promote organizational agility and innovation.
- Skilled in identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enablement to support business transformation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
