• Support client account team in business development including leading client RFP response, solution development, participating in client orals, commercials etc.

• Assisting in business diagnosis and planning activities

• Documenting As-Is Process in core finance areas

• Carrying out gap analysis between As-Is processes and Best Practices and formulating specific solutions to address prioritized gaps

• Defining splits of processes across Shared Service, Business unit and Center of Excellence

• Designing to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies

• Assisting in designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs

• Assisting in managing Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering

• Assisting with shared services operating model design and implementation including governance and service management

• Assisting in conducting business case analysis for a shared services/ outsourcing advisory/ operations transformation/ process improvement programs

• Assisting clients in enabling technology selection for shared service/ captive centers and helping prioritize implementation

• Assisting business architecture implementation activities

• Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes

• Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures

• Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

• Should be able to design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies

• MBA and Graduate of bachelor’s degree • Overall experience of 12+ years with at least 8+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.). Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns • Proven experience of client negotiation skills and leading core digital marketing engagements. • Should have worked as a SME in the space of Digital Marketing. • Managing full spectrum of Digital Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery • Defining and managing marketing budgets with a clear view on allocation requirements across media vs non media spends, channel mix, platform requirements etc. • Working experience with real time marketing concepts like next best offer/ action, event-based marketing • Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement strategies leveraging digital marketing concepts. • Ability to identify and define frameworks for marketing planning, execution and optimization activities. Clear grasp of data requirements at each stage with the ability to interpret trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns • Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools • Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities • Location: Manila. Currently WFH but should still be open to travel abroad • Shift: Flexible schedule, Official: 8hrs/day
