Effectively leads a team to meet the set goals and ensure compliance to Accenture policies and Client care management BPO service processes.

Responsible to serve as team lead to include in all or part:

-Utilization Management – to provide support to the clinical team and client team to assist in the promotion of quality member outcomes, to optimize member benefits, and to promote effective use of resources. Supports the procedures that ensure adherence to medical policy and member benefits in providing service that is medically appropriate, high quality, and cost effective. Gathers information and conducts pre-review screening under the guidance and direction of US licensed health professionals.
-Case Management/Disease Management - to provide support may be gathering of information and support functions for wellness programs, health management programs and preventative care opportunities that the member may have as part of their benefits.
1) One to two years supervisory experience in a front-office (voice) call center environment 2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required 3) Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn additional computer programs, required 4) Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills 5) Must pass US Berlitz B2 level (or equivalent such as IELTS, TOEFL, Versant) upon hire (non-US resident) 6) University Degree holder 7) Related outsourcing operations experience preferred 8) A working knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel skills 9) Knowledge in Telephony Systems & Technology 10) Strong customer service focus 11) Ability to empathize 12) Prioritizing customer needs 13) Good understanding of phone etiquette 14) Experience in medical or insurance field preferred 15) Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes preferred
