Job Description


• Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate functional training programs;

o Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning needs

o Conduct subject matter research, and creating training program framework (instructional, visual and technical strategy, logistics, and timelines)

o Develop content (classroom/online/blended), facilitating material review and approval of stakeholders

o Driving training enrollment, delivering monthly functional training sessions (planned) and ad hoc trainings (unplanned) to the entire team; facilitating monthly Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for faculty resources

o Evaluating training effectiveness through identification, consolidation and analysis of L1-L5 measures.

• Producing and maintaining communications

o Drafting content, releasing, and maintaining internal communications including, but not limited to:

o Recruitment process improvement initiatives (i.e. Background Check Process updates, Tools and Automations updates, etc.)

o Contracts, Benefits Package, Forms, Template updates

o Training and Compliance updates

o Townhalls, Events announcements

o Other organizational announcements

• Monitoring, reporting, and driving training compliance

o Creating, visualizing (training reports), and releasing training reports

• Project managing strategic initiatives (act as a PMO)

o Gathering data about strategic initiatives progress, producing reports, creating and editing project presentations and providing visual inputs

o Creating and implementing engagement activities

o Providing logistical support (support Leadership Team meetings, scout and book event or meeting locations, food, entertainment, etc.)


• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree course • Must have at leas5 5-6 years experience in experience in Instructional Systems Development or Instructional Design or Talent Insights or Learning and training with at least 2-3 years supervisory experience • Strong stakeholder management and project management • Knowledgeable in Training Effectiveness Measure • Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
