Job Description
Provide sales process support to client teams, entity leadership, other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas. Assist Accenture executives in navigating the company's internal sales processes. Support opportunity pipeline management, new business meeting coordination, sales reporting/analysis for leadership, and process/application support for client teams.
• Support Sales Operations at the global level as part of our reporting and analytics team
• Lead leadership and compliance reporting transformation through automation powered by Python, VBA, etc.
• Demonstrate strong Python, VBA and other relevant coding skills with the ability to teach those skills to others
• Identity other Sales Operations team members with the potential to learn coding skills to help grow this capability within Sales Ops
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Be an individual contributor with the ability to recognise and seek guidance on competing priorities
• May supervise and career counsel a small team with oversight from a supervisor
• Help create and execute low to medium complexity workplans
• Interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility
• Provide input into the creation of operational processes
• Demonstrate knowledge of S&PP Service Areas and how Sales Operations supports them with expertise in specific area of responsibility
• Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools and processes with expertise in specific area of responsibility
• Have an understanding of where S&PP Sales Operations fits into the bigger Accenture picture
• Responsible for an area of low to medium size/complexity

Qualifications
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Requires 3 years’ experience in Sales Operations with strong coding skills in Python and VBA.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP up and basic formulas)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
