Job Description

•Building and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

•Define and lead the strategy for the Category with alignment to Flexible Workforce Global strategy for the Market Unit. This includes supplier, talent fulfilment strategies, contracting, among others.

•Responsible for Global Flexible Workforce initiatives for local implementations.

•Collaborate closely with corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Geographic Services) in the delivery of P+ services.

•Lead a Sourcing and Category team.

•Perform category and stakeholder management, sourcing and supplier management to achieve optimization of supply and best value for money solutions considering quality, speed, total cost of ownership, risk and other factors.


•Bachelor's degree holder

•Must have at least 10 years of experience in procurement/strategic sourcing and/or supplier management (operational and strategic experience)

•Must have at least 3 years of experience as Procurement Manager or Category Manager

•Expertise in bidding/ tendering processes, contracting and negotiating

•Experience in defining and implementing service levels, and delivering services within agreed SLAs

•Specialist know-how in specific/several key categories

•Well-versed in standard procurement terms and conditions

•Quantitative skills – ability to understand (or develop) pricing models and analyze/interpret commercial proposals

•Experience with eSourcing tools (e.g. eRFx, eAuctions, Project and Contract Management Systems)

•Desired general knowledge of IQN, SAP, Ariba, and SAP/Fieldglass a plus
