Job Description

• Innovate the Accenture talent brand experience for candidates, people and alumni – ensuring a seamless connection to our business strategy at a local/regional level in Growth Markets.

• Drive ongoing experiential manifestation of the Talent Brand in Growth Markets through strategic activations for candidates, our people, and alumni.

• Enable teams across Growth Markets to address MU demand/ skills requirements, linked with the global Talent Brand strategy.

• Spearhead the design and delivery of Talent Brand marketing linked and combined with People Communications to create seamless end-to-end experiences, awareness, preference and loyalty with the talent audience in Growth Markets.

• Position Accenture as employer of choice in Growth Markets—highlighting value differentiators.

• Ensure purpose and brand are reflected at all touchpoints (e.g., throughout campaigns, digital and print collateral and events).


• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design Communications or related disciplines • Must have at least 6 to 10 years Marketing related work experience, preferably with leadership experience • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented, meticulous, independent and have a strong drive to get things done • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude • Strong written and oral communications skills • Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong • Work Schedule: 9am-6pm
