Job Description

•Learning Strategy Development- Provide assistance and support in reviewing the business strategy by collecting and collating the information needed from the appropriate sources of said information.

•Assist in the annual learning planning process and the documentation of the plan.

•Implementation of entity strategy, and curriculum planning activities - Perform the following tasks under the guidance of the L&TD Business Solutions Manager and/or the Learning Enablement Associate Manager:- Create the strategy implementation workplan.

• Assist in capability and skills assessment activities.

•Gather best practices and external solutions that might help address capability gaps.

•Assist the in the review and update of the current curriculum based on the desired retain, refresh and retire guidelines.

•Upon the direction and guidance of the L&TD Business Solutions Lead/s and/or Learning Enablement Associate Manager, update the single skills inventory and all other inputs to the planning.

•Maintain Learning Paths in myLearning, and provide guidance in the maintenance, cross-referencing and updating of the Training Pages.

•Learning Program Execution- Assist the L&TD Business Solutions Lead/s and/or Learning Enablement Associate Manager in the execution of the learning strategy and plan.


•Bachelor’s degree holder •Must have at least 10 years of experience in Training and Development under BPO industry •Must have at least 3 years of experience as Training and Development Manager •Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent •Excellent time management and prioritization skills •Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others •Ability to network and build positive relationships with others, including SMEs and sponsors
