Job Description

• Responsibility for running a global operations team in alignment with client expectations as well as supporting Accenture Account level deliverables.

• Owns operational result delivery for Global Invoicing & Adjustments Leadership to include all aspects of team management and development, metrics and quality optimization and the drive to retain a highly motivated and engaged team

• Owns completeness of desktop procedures – ensures that procedures are always up to date and are being adhered to

• Provide consistency across service teams in the delivery of global process specific services, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and maintained

• Act as the key relationship point for Accenture  with our client in respect of Invoicing and Adjustments activities – maintains strong partnership with the client.


• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course. • 10+ years working experience with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience. • Must have an extensive background in Operational management, finance and accounting (OTC experiences such as billings and credit management). • Experience in Project Management, client facing and negotiations
