- Job description

• The trainers responsibility is to deliver new hire, supplemental or continuous education trainings to the members of the project. Trainers are also in-charge of ensuring that roll-outs are done to the members of the project should there be policy updates or changes provided by the client.
• Mapping out of the operational training plan based on the needs of the business vis a vis ramp and attrition requirements;
• Ensuring readiness of all Pre-Training requirements, which includes both classroom and trainer readiness;
• Execution and management of end to end training process from Recruitment hand-over to official transition to production, ensuring on-time and precise delivery of Pre-Process (Pre-Product), Process (Product), and On-The-Job training programs including Remediation process when necessary;
• Appropriate and regular review and/or enhancement of existing processes to make certain that the project’s required metrics are successfully met;
• Ensuring hand-over of agreed on training yield and pass rate on the identified skills verification process KPIs based on production expectations and requirements; and
• Recurrently liaise with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Workforce teams to ensure calibration on points that require attention and are related to impacting the project’s metrics.
• Creation, administration and analysis of proficiency exams
• Roll-out of policy updates and policy changes
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Mapping out of curriculum and plotting of daily/weekly training agenda;
• Review and/or revision of training content;
• Development of new content not originally baked in the curriculum;
• Review and/or development of tests/assessments;
• College Graduate • Knowledge of business processes and awareness/understanding of the BPO Philippines DC priorities and initiatives • Effectively handling and addressing issues and requests from the service deliver team of the deal/project • Displays the ability to implement end to end training needs analysis in identifying intervention approaches to address performance gaps in production. • Appropriate business communications exercised to deliver the right messages to the right audience • The ability to present to an audience and effectively manage learning • Applied knowledge in all relevant MS Applications
