Job Description

- Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.

- Perform PSA activities for a given function with medium to full supervision

- Collaborate with external customers and other stakeholders to gather information required to support different types of requests/projects

- Coordinate and manage completion of deliverables in accordance with project timelines

- Respond to and manage escalations as required

- Participate in conference calls with external customers and other stakeholders to communicate status and risks to project timelines

- Collect pre-qualification data from customers and prepare orders

- Work with the Customer to assess and document the directory assistance needs

- Schedule and support transition order turn ups


- College graduate of any 4/5 year course - At least 1 year of work experience related to project management/ basic project management skills - Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented, structured and logical thinker - Strong organizational and teamwork skills; ability to work well with multiple groups and organizations - Ability to support and coordinate multiple projects/requests - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance - Excellent communication skills
