Develop, implement, and lead key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts.
Assist in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services.
Identify the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization.
Integrate and align the processes that will best achieve the desired results.
Generate performance metrics of the team.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Degree in any 4 year course. Minimum of 2 years work experience Experience in quality assurance, compliance reporting or equivalent Strong customer service, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Experience working in a technical support environment Expert in MS Office applications Knowledge in Six Sigma/ Operational Excellence and/or PEZA is preferred
