Job Description

Provides complete, timely and accurate reports to the team to help drive strategic business objectives and improvements. Undertakes analysis of delivery center performance including identifying trends that may have impact on the operation and financial results of the organization.


• Elicit requirements using data investigation, process investigation, document analysis, surveys, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.

• Critically evaluate and interpret data information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

• Interpret and Analyze designated performance reports including satisfaction and operational metrics.

• Work with other functional teams to access/ understand data to be analyzed and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed.

• Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.

• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.

• Performing root cause analysis that might adversely affect budget, quality, schedule, performance, system design, and/or overall service delivery.


Educational Qualifications • Graduate degree preferably business / commerce, accounting, or finance • Work Experience: At least 3 years work experience - admin work/local reporting/accounting • May be required to support customers across all Business Units Technical or Specific Skills Excellent English, writing and verbal A working knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Powerpoint products Proficient in report writing, business correspondence and procedure manuals Advance MS Excel skills
