• Develop analytics-based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights.
• Work with partners as necessary to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardless of technical challenges or business environments.
• Provide SME investigation and resolution on complex issues that L2 support can no longer handle
• Apply fixes/changes in the application for Service Requests, Incident fixes and Enhancement Requests
• Provide support to avoid ticket from ageing
• Perform root cause analysis on P1 issues
• Be involved on automation analysis, design, test and implementation
• Ensure that tickets assigned to resource has met contractual SLAs
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience
• Must have experience in Google BigQuery
