- Job description

• Coordinate with project representatives and Talent Acquisition-Background Check Team in fulfilling client audit requirements on Background Check.
• Respond to general inquiries on background screening process and status.
• Assist with vendor service performance review on logistics, schedule, and presentation materials.
• Develop and update Background Screening process documents and presentations.
• Manage background check case distribution.
• Assist in Background Check-specific training delivery and training needs assessment activities as needed
• Manage and maintain logs on BGC projects.
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Legal Management or any related field At least 2 years of work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly analytical and have above-average critical thinking skills Highly organized, attention to detail, results oriented Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office
