Job Description

Develop & support the strategy of Workplace GES to provide specialized solutions and skills to its stakeholders. Ensures delivery of intelligent services at scale, and within targets of speed, quality and cost.



Roles and Responsibilities:



• Collaborate effectively and maintain positive working relationship with onshore stakeholders.



• Grow existing capabilities within Workplace GES and expand to new value-adding scope opportunities.



• Plan, organize, lead the team and the daily operations of all Workplace GES functions to ensure efficient, good quality and cost-effective delivery of services.



• Champion Operational Excellence across its span of functions.



• Plan, organize and lead programs/projects/transitions with high complexity, from conceptualization to implementation.



• Manage the collection, analysis and presentation of data in storytelling and compelling manner that will inspire actions among its audience.



• Identify, design, develop, implement and evaluate process improvement programs and digital transformation to continually support stakeholders’ strategy.



• May develop annual operating budgets, approve and monitor budget expenditures, prepare budget revisions, provide interim status reports on all accounts and oversee proposals to gain additional funding.



• Coach and develop leaders in the team.



• Serve as the manager’s back up.

• Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree. • Must have at least 7 years of relevant experience with the following: o Stakeholder Management o Operations Management o Transitions Mobilization o Project Management o Customer service and escalation management • Experienced in Workplace solutions management and process improvement • Experienced in designing materials and other peripherals for C-Suite presentations. • Knowledge in the use of MS Tools • Work Schedule: 40hour workweek, shifting schedule
