The Service Management Senior Analyst conducts service reviews and manages the overall stakeholder relationship by ensuring that the service management framework is implemented in each functional team. This will include but not limited to conducting operations review, metric definition, metric reporting, conducting stakeholder satisfaction survey, monitor and responsible for escalation management and continous improvement.
* Bachelors degree preferably business / commerce, engineering, or information and technology management. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations review, service management, operational or delivery excelence, or quality assurance role in an IT, outsourcing, or shared services industry. * May be required to commute to other Accenture Philippines buildings/locations to provide infrasturcture services. * May be required to render overtime and work on shifting schedule as necessary.
