Job Description

End-to-End Coordination of Recruiting Activities



• Understand the S&PP team’s roles, location strategy, interview approach, and stakeholders

• Understand our internal recruiting process and any local variations

• Help ensure S&PP Hiring Managers and Interviewers understand the recruiting process and their roles in it

• Prepare and submit open position requisitions to Recruiting; follow up with local Recruiters to ensure jobs are posted promptly and correctly

• Liaise with Recruiters and S&PP Hiring Managers across multiple countries and time zones to ensure accuracy of job postings and track status

• Ensure accuracy of information in S&PP recruiting trackers

• Support data cleanup efforts

• Handle requests submitted to team mailbox



Continuous Improvement of S&PP Recruiting Process



• Help maintain standard job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruiting-related assets

• Facilitate the referral of candidates between S&PP teams

• Help implement changes to streamline and standardize key processes, e.g. the scheduling and conduct of interviews

• Help implement actions to source candidates internally and externally

• Assist with materials to help different stakeholder groups understand S&PP requirements and best practices related to recruiting

• Escalate issues appropriately



Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree. • Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or project management • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Good to have the following skills and experience: o Understanding of recruiting processes and tools o Experience with change management, training, and/or enablement • Work Arrangement: WFH set up but will report to office 1-2x per month • Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong City. • Work Schedule: Midshift (3pm to 12mn)
