- Job description

* Responsible in developing and implementing procedures/guidelines with the main objective of ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC and any other regulatory related requirement. <br/>
* Responsible in interacting with PEZA and BOC with the assurance of having a good working relationship while maintaining independence and corporate integrity.<br/>
* Responsible in ensuring that the company is compliant per PEZA and BOC guidelines in matters relative to asset movement and other regulatory body that may be related to the transactions with PEZA and BOC.<br/>
* Responsible in educating various teams on the importance of PEZA and BOC process adherence.<br/>
* Responsible in partnering with various teams, suppliers to reinforce PEZA, BOC and Accenture policies.<br/>
* Responsible in ensuring that corresponding PEZA and BOC documents have been duly/properly filed and ensuring that documentation are compliant per PEZA and BOC guidelines and completing further conditions/requirements in relation thereto.<br/>
* Responsible to apply, cancel and liquidate surety bond to the BOC and Global Treasury’s accredited insurance provider.<br/>
* Responsible to approve all asset movement request in the Accenture’s database (ATRS)<br/>
* Responsible to provide asset information for asset recording in Accenture database (ATRS/FNMS)<br/>
* Responsible in the application for registration, accreditation and letter of authorities for various projects and activities.<br/>
* Responsible to prepare the PEZA reportorial requirements.<br/>
* Responsible to monitor and control all PEZA documents and permits. <br/>
* College Graduate of Business Administration or any business related course * At least 1 year experience in PEZA documentation and processing.
