- Job description


Deliver high-quality training to audiences using a variety of media types
Provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders
Maintain the highest level of expertise in the area of specialty and interact with subject matter experts in new course development
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, courseware/curriculum and instructor readiness, and prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions
Direct/Conduct the needs assessment cycle
Align and managing business needs with solutions, quality, etc.
Design and develop capability development solutions
Coordinate or deliver capability development events
Review, Control and Improve the following Capability Development processes:
Needs Assessment (Facilitate design, development, analysis, and scope of the needs assessment initiative.)
Alignment and Management (Manage the interaction between Capability Development team, the business deals, and support groups.)
Design / Development (Design and develop capability development solutions particularly on functional skill areas,)
Coordination / Delivery (Coordinate the program flow from development to evaluation.)
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other relevant field preferred Excellent English Communication Skills Above average presentation and acilitation Skills Average knowledge of Adult Learning Principles Intermediate Training Content Development skills Strong interpersonal skills Exposure to BPO environment preferred At least 1 year of training or teaching experience or equivalent Knowledge of BPO Operations, preferably in F&A support account Good working knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office Applications Knowledge on SAP preferred but not required Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis process Good leadership and motivational skills Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong listening skills, patient, & results-oriented Able to work under pressure ensure that timelines are achieved Able to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays as needed
