Japanese multilingual processors is primarily responsible in supporting Human Resources processes for Japanese clients which includes performance management, recruitment, employee and organization data management, payroll administration, and global mobility.
• Native Japanese or non-Japanese who are proficiency in using Japanese preferably with JLPT N1-3 certificate. Working experience using Japanese language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is also required for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any field are preferred.
• Working experience in any area of human resources is advantage but not required.
