Job Description

Gather, engineer and prepare data for stakeholders to enable smarter decision making. Use a broad set of data curation and analytical tools and techniques to enable development of quantitative and qualitative business insights.



Work with partners as necessary, integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardless of technical challenges or business environments.



Lead a team data engineers and data scientists that provide ongoing analytical support to the CS Office



Provide insights into CS and Value 360 performance and identify additional reporting and analytical needs / areas for improvement.



Support target setting for key advocacy objectives (i.e. improvements in NPS, Customer Effort, etc) at the account/MMU/CG/Practice and global levels.



Define, maintain and monitor account / MU / CG / Practice and global reporting, and day to day data on client experience



Educate account / MU / CG / Practice and global leadership on metric definitions and identify behaviors that correlate with metric improvements



Assist in quantifying economic value-at-stake for client experience and value improvements



Identify opportunities for additional listening posts based on data and experience gaps found



Audit the quality of data and metrics gathered and aggregated into reports; identify inconsistencies and where data cleansing is needed



Design and maintain CS knowledge database (i.e. CS Hub)



Interface with CS Office and cross functional teams (i.e. Value 360, PA, Q&R, HR, CIO) to validate insights and trends from multiple sources and integrate raw data across systems



Design data architecture and integration into IDRA1 & other Accenture systems



Coordinate with cross functional teams to: Define reporting and analytics enhance


Qualifications

Graduate of bachelor’s degree. Expert in BI Strategy, Data Governance, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Statistical Programming Solid organizational skills that enable prioritization, planning, execution, and supervision Solid managerial skills to prioritize and manage work of Insights team Strong people skills to build solid relationships with CS Office and leadership roles Strong strategic thinking and design skills to identify reporting and analytics needs Strong analytical skills to understand and validate data and information gathered from multiple sources Ability to develop statistics based on data received and interpretation of insights to inform improvements Ability to conduct correlation research and report correlations between NPS and operational metrics Ability to run sensitivity analyses between NPS and operational metrics to inform predictive analytics engine Demonstrate flexibility with the ability to adjust quickly to changing environments Familiar with reporting and analytics applications Familiar with data architecture (e.g., GMC, Board of Directors and Exec consumption) Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong City. Work Schedule: Dayshift
