The HR Employee Relations Conduct and Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing guidance and advice to employees of the Philippine Delivery Centers on matters relating to employee disciplinary process, application of progressive corrective action processes, employment law compliance, performance, and policies. S/he will handle supervisory responsibilities for the junior members of the Employee Relations- Conduct & Compliance team.

S/he will drive team initiatives to continuously improve the service level commitment of the team, and other initiatives in relation to Code of Business Ethics, Discipline Policy and guide on proper behaviour.
(1) Graduate of a Bachelor's degree with focus in Human Resource Management. (2) Good understanding of HR policies, Internal Controls & Compliance, Legal Compliance Audit and Legal Risk Assessment (3) Legal background preferred; with expertise in legal management/legal proceedings in relation to HR policies (4)Excellent communications, business writing and presentation skills.
