The Corporate Risk & Quality Associate Manager responsible for working with the HRI(High Risk & Issue)/EW (Early Warning) Support Leads in NA to maintain the data housed in the High Risk & Issue (HRI) list so as to ensure that Accenture Leadership has a current, concise and accurate view of the risks/issues found in the organization. The role also includes working with the HRI/EW Support Leads in scheduling Management Level Review (MLR) calls, materials preparation and minutes for CSG Quality and EW Reviews and MLRs.



Responsibilities:



• Maintain, reconcile and ensure accuracy of the HRI data (e.g., data from MLRs - into the Executive, Governance and Financials tabs, data from calls, data from delivery meetings, materials storage).

• Provide point support as needed to the HRI/EW Support Lead (e.g., confirming key stakeholders for MLR; scheduling of MLR call; collection, review and distribution of MLR materials and minutes).

• Scheduling, materials creation and distribution, minutes for CSG Quality and EW reviews.

• Familiarization with reporting tools and dashboards to understand what can be leveraged to address requests from Quality or Delivery Leads.

• Participate in agreed improvement initiatives

• Resolve requests with assistance as needed and escalate issue to management for review

• Participate in team/task force meetings

• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree course graduate • At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience • Experience working with entities at various levels and geographies, e.g., Project teams, Account leadership, Finance, CFM • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Amenable to working night shift schedule • Strong Stakeholder management experience
