Job Description

• Key team player for Marketing + Communications for PMO support, creation and distribution of communications, and coordination with internal functions, vendors, and other key liaising tasks.

• Processes Internal Communications mailers and memos and releases them to target recipients according to schedule.

• Provides PMO support by handling logistics of client’s day-to-day activities, events, and programs. Works closely with Finance, Procurement, Accenture Workplace Solutions and other groups file

• Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, invoices, manual accruals, and any other requirements of the team.

• Supports internal and external events and activities including handling preparations, logistics and supporting meetings

• Interacts with third party vendors to facilitate production of marketing collaterals to ensure that the production is brand compliant, on-time and within budget.


• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other related course • Must have 1 to 2 years’ experience in Admin role with Events Management / Project Management experience • Good written and communications skills • Keen to details • Good organizational skills • Temporary Work from home until further notice • Work Location: Boni Mandaluyong or Uptown, BGC • Work Schedule: 9am-6pm
