Job Description

The Mobility Technology Analyst will assist in providing administrative support, Level 1 troubleshooting, and testing for key Mobility tools such as PM Gateway, Pre-Trip Approval Tool, and the Policy 55/68 Tool. This individual will review and respond to issues raised by Mobility team members, use the administrative console to review and update administrative data as needed, and support the Mobility Tools lead with testing new functionality and communicating changes to the Mobility teams. The Mobility Technology Analyst will be the key point of contact for our Mobility Business Application Support team and will provide also be responsible for aggregating and communicating team metrics for status reports and leadership awareness. In addition, this individual will take on some support responsibilities for SharePoint sites and help with the oversight and support for our Mobility SharePoint library.


Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree • Must have 3 years’ work experience on the same field - IT Support/Developers/Providing Solutions and Development • With experience in handling and building rapport with multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication and presentations skills • Can make sound solution recommendations based on the stakeholder's requirements quickly and efficiently • Must be able to create reports from the different Mobility tools based on stakeholder requirements • Background in SharePoint skills and MS Excel (creating new subsites, managing user access, creating and managing apps, editing list characteristics • Temporary Work from home until further notice • Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong • Work Schedule: 10am to 7:30pm
