- Job description

Global Asset Protection – Regional Protective Services (GAP-RPS) is responsible for protecting Accenture’s people, property, information, and reputation in the Philippines. The Protective Services Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Assist the GAP-RPS Lead in:
- establishing, maintaining and implementing security and safety procedures and policies;
- monitoring Geo Political events / natural disaster and determine impact on Accenture offices;
- coordinating multifunctional crises management during incidents; and
- reviewing the security and safety equipment in the facility design phase.
• Be the escalation point for issues on security and safety in his assigned cluster / sites;
• Carry out physical security reviews;
• Supervise executive protection operations and special events security;
• Supervise operations of the Philippine Security Operations Center (PSOC);
• Liaise with counterparts in other organizations and other interested parties i.e. BCMS OC and ISMS;
• Perform Watch Officer duty in the Accenture Watch Officer Program;
• Provide client presentations during visits and audits; and
• Perform night duty at the Philippine Security Operations Center (PSOC) when required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Needs to be a military graduate (preferably from PMA); from police institution o 3 years in Corporate Security • Preferably with certifications o Certified Protection Professional (ASIS) o Licensed Criminologist • Candidates should have strong background in o Physical Security Management o Crisis Management (Emergency procedures, integrated security systems) o Executive Protection o Guard Force Management o Protection
