Job Description

• Actively participates in sharing best practices across areas or functions.

• May assists in the contact for customers/clients within geographic area of responsibility regarding security issues in respect to access control system, closed circuit television and issuance of ID.

• Assist in conducting new joiner orientation for issuance of ID.

• Assist in the one-card project and new look employee photo-ID implementation.

• Supports client audits, inspections, assessments with respect to access control system & closed circuit television.

• Monitor and track access card/CCTV installation/repairs and maintenance.

• Provides liaison between vendors, procurement and local management

• Prepare the project team for any scheduled security audit

• Ensure closure of all audit findings (ISMS Internal Audit, Client Audit, Certification Audit/Continual Assessment) related to access control system, closed circuit television and issuance of ID.

• Ensure that all project members have taken the prescribed Security Awareness training

• Support Philippines DC’s security initiatives by working closely with the Project Coordinator and the Security Group.

• Ensure that all non-standard software and hardware go through proper technical review (ISAR)

• Ensure that all non-standard software go through proper license review (EULA review)

• Provides on-scene crisis management response and assistance if requested.

• Coordinates vendor/contractor response involvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course • Must have at least 2 years exposure on CCTV management • Trained/Certified in Access Control System. Particularly in Ccure2000/ Milestone/ Genetec • Must have at least 3 years relevant work experience with 2 yeas exposure on Project & Client Management • Must have at least 1 year of people management experience
