Job Description
As the Approvals and Payment Team Lead, you will have the primary responsibility of managing Approvals Administrations and Payment Processing Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes and ensure the timely and accurate execution and deliverables assigned under your tower. You shall assist the Service Delivery Lead in meeting objectives by managing the day to day operations of your team, driving people management activities and mobilizing projects/initiatives.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree holder
•Must have at least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting specifically in Procure-to-Pay
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Experience in MS Office Application and google office suite like, google sheets, docs, and slides
•Hands on experience on Oracle ERP
•Hands on experience on High Radius Collections Cloud Platform
•Analytical skills and keen eye in details
•Job requires the candidate to be assertive or influence people, probe for responses and empathize with customers
