Job Description

Responsibilities:
     • Provide fault analysis and resolutions on the all wireless network devices (Access Point/Switch/Firewall/Router/Load Balancer/Web Proxy and filters)
     • Support and maintain project connectivity (Wireless, Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, Virtual Private Network)
     • Work on problem management and provide insight and solutions into how to reduce reoccurring faults
     Perform daily health check on core network devices
     • Coordinate/follow up to internal team or Vendor to prevent and resolve issues.
     • Expand our technical skills and those of our colleagues to ensure the team provides a best in class support organization
     • Ensures that all assigned tickets to team are resolved with in SLA
     • Provide On-Call Support
    


Qualifications

Qualifications
     Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
     Devices Access Points, Cisco Routers including Nexus, Juniper Firewall, Load balancer prefer Netscaler, but ok with other technology
     Tech BGP eBGP, iBGP, eigrp, ospf
     Experience is setting up Wireless Networks
     Experience is setting up Site to site VPN tunnels
     Experience with Routing WAN MPLS, LAN and Switching
     Experience with performance tuning, capacity and high availability management.
     Experience with patching routers and switches
     Create executive network dashboards, detailed dashboards availability, capacity reporting
     Certifications
     CCNA certifications
