Installation, Administration, configuration, and support of Hybris multichannel commerce software and solutions, including base applications Apache, Tomcat, Solr
Working closely with technical account managers, Project Managers, partners, customers, and operations on environment buildouts, enhancements, optimizations based on requirements and sizing assessments
Ensuring a sustainable high quality of service for customer sites by collecting and monitoring key metrics, and proactively planning required changes and improvements to the overall system
Troubleshooting and finding resolutions to complex technical problems across multiple tiers web servers, application servers, database, search cluster, integrations, automation platform
Providing 2 and 3 level incident management support under ITIL based on your expert knowledge of the Hybris platform and based on your expert knowledge of the Hybris platform and base technologies
Planning, reviewing and executing system changes under ITIL
Application performance diagnosis and tuning using APM tools like Dynatrace
Performing of automated tests, evaluation of the results and application of changes to systems
Providing and maintaining technical documentation
This role requires availability to on occasion work flexible hours, as well as participation in off hour on call support rotations
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
Expertise in deploying and managing Java applications on Apache Tomcat
Apache webserver and Tomcat app server administration and troubleshooting skills
Apache Web Server
Tomcat App Server
Linux administration experience in Debian, RedHat, CentOS, or SLES
Programming or scripting experience in Java, sh, bash, sed, awk, ruby, python, perl, regex
Linux administration experience
Basic understanding of Multi-Tiered Web Application Architectures involving below items. High level understanding of how below items communicate with each other, like in which order, on which ports or protocols HTTP, HTTPS, AJP
Ability to work under pressure and continuous pushing from the project manager and technical account manager side
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under stressful conditions
Good English skills verbal and written
