- Understand the client’s operating environment and business strategy, organization structure, and learning and collaboration approach
- Implement and support solutions related to the the client’s capability strategy; taking ownership for a portion of the capability strategy and managing the development and deployment of the various components associated with it.
- Focus on one or more strategies, such as the training strategy, talent strategy, and social learning, depending on the specific needs.
+ Basic qualifications
a. Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
b. 1 year of relevant experience in forecasting, planning and scheduling calls, contacts or work volumes and staff or vendors ensuring optimal performance.
