Job Description


     • Create estimation of service transition costs and work plans for a service transition work stream
     • Craft Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
     • Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
     • Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition and/or plays a key delivery role within a transition project.
     • Define, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible.
     • Define detailed cost and benefits of a given solution or workstream of a Service Transition program.
     • Manage client relationship within area of responsibility.
     • Provide guidance and review to all service transition activities.
     • Develop enduring, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders
     • Plans and conducts research. Conducts rigorous analyses to address critical business issues.
     • Generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.

Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or equivalent work experience
     - Thorough understanding of telecom technology and TEM automation products
     - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
     - Minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas related to Telecom Expense Management such as Developing TEM Software, Implementing TEM Software, Daily use of TEM Software and Development and continuous improvement of TEM procure-to-pay processes
     - Experience in Project management, Client Relationship Handling, Work Planning and Management, Risk and Issue Management
