Job Description

They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. They enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation.

 

Industry Applications-H&PS professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique HEALTH and PUBLIC SERVICES industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

 

H&PS-Industry Applications professionals analyze, design, build, test and deploy innovative Health and Public Service industry-specific solutions that enable industry standards and processes.

 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of Lawson HCM including 1 or more of the following: Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Employee & Manager Self Services)
  • Minimum 1 recent Lawson HCM implementations, version 10 or higher (full-life cycle to include: requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live, production support)
  • Experience supporting Health related clients/industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or 12 years equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in implementation of Infor Global Human Resources is preferred [but not required]
  • Experience supporting Health related clients/industry preferred
Professional Skills:
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
