The 2016 Oil and Gas Digital Trends Survey

Upstream oil and gas companies are focused on driving value from digital technologies.

Digital technology investment is helping oil and gas companies reduce costs and make better, faster decisions

Despite the downturn, oil and gas companies plan to invest the same amount or more in digital technologies—including cloud-enabled mobility, Big Data-powered analytics and the Internet of Things (IoT).

The fifth Upstream Oil and Gas Digital Trends Survey commissioned by Accenture and Microsoft, reveals the investments upstream companies are making in digital technologies––why, when, and which ones.
