Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Operationalizing strategy, Delivering great client experiences

  • Client-facing relationship management, Strategic consulting, Business Operations Management, Business Improvement/ Value Projects, Outsourcing solution design and implementation

  • Proposal Development & Contract Negotiations, Transformation / Transition programmes -process remodelling, leading practices

  • Drive profitable sales growth

  • Develop a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities to ensure the sustainability of Accenture’s business at the client over time

  • Create opportunities by making the connection between the client’s strategic priorities and the Accenture offerings, solutions, and people to address these priorities

  • Manage client satisfaction and ensure service delivery expectations are met, in line with client expectations

  • Create a solid business network within the client and seek opportunities to create connections outside of the client to further enhance relationships (e.g., client to client, cross industry)

  • Build and leverage a deep understanding of both the industry and market in which the client operates, as well as an intimate knowledge of the client’s business to influence the client’s business strategies

Additional Key responsibilities:

  • Level of problem-solving assessment and resolution required, as indicated by degree of problem-solving, strategic vs. routine focus, and stakeholder interactions.

  • Requires identifying and assessing complex problems, creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

  • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.

  • Interaction with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

  • Latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments

  • Risk or consequences in the event of failure, as indicated by range of expected impact, such as within a team or across a team or area of responsibility and level of risk

  • Manages large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture

Qualifications

Background:

  • Bachelor’s OR Masters Business Administration Degree

  • Robust understanding of operation delivery framework

  • People leader with experience of leading large teams across geographies

  • Deep understanding and experience of managing deal financials, levers for profitability improvement, financial risk assessment and forecasting

  • Experience and detailed understanding of F&A scope of work

  • Continuous improvement mindset to deliver ongoing improvement on process efficiency in order to meet contractual productivity commitments
