Business & Technology Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Mountain View, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Technology Delivery Manager in Mountain View, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Design and enhance custom or packaged applications for asset management, financial operations workflows and sourcing and procurement domains for technology clients.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with key business stakeholders and IT teams to strategize business process improvements.
- Gather and evaluate business requirements to define plan specifications for project execution.
- Integrate automation tools to streamline repetitive operational activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Utilities Transmission and Distribution to enhance system performance and security.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to foster innovation and improve the business operations.
- Develop methods and procedures for new tasks, making team-impacting decisions in regular consultation with senior management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Performing business system analysis involving functional analysis, stakeholder management, quality assurance testing, and implementation;
- Coordinating and delivering projects by collaborating with client project managers, vendors, and process architects;
- Leading onshore and offshore teams to balance, prioritize, restructure, and reallocate tasks, including creating statements of work to determine project capacity;
- Delivering IT application development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum teams, utilizing JIRA and continuous improvement tools for deployment and production incident tracking;
- Designing and customizing applications utilizing asset management, financial operations workflows and sourcing and procurement domains in the technology sector;
- Implementing analytics and automation use cases in project execution, incorporating data visualization and robotic process automation (RPA);
- Creating end-to-end system integrated solutions, and testing applications utilizing JIRA and continuous improvement tools; and
- Developing comprehensive statement of work and rough order of magnitude estimates for project origination and shaping.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
