HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

3+ year of commercial experience as a Software Developer.
-
Strong proficiency in Python, with solid knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo) databases.
-
Ability to build systems that scale horizontally and remain resilient under load
-
Familiarity with communication patterns (sync/async), reliability mechanisms (idempotency, retries), caching.
-
Knowledge how to optimize code execution and SQL queries.
-
Experience with Azure cloud services and distributed system design.
-
Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
-
A passion for tackling challenges and delivering elegant solutions to intricate technical problems is highly valued.
-
Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams.

Availability to work in a hybrid mode from Warsaw office (2-3 times per week in the office).
