Vos principales missions:
* En tant que Consultant Workday Analyste, vous participerez activement aux projets de déploiement et d’évolution Workday HCM pour nos clients.
* Contribuer au recueil des besoins métiers et à la conception fonctionnelle des processus RH (Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Skills).
* Paramétrer la solution Workday, réaliser des tests fonctionnels et accompagner les phases de recette.
* Participer à la conduite du changement (supports utilisateurs, formations, accompagnement post go-live).
* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les consultants confirmés et managers sur des projets à dimension internationale.

Le métier de Consultant Workday HCM junior est fait pour vous si :
* Vous justifiez d’environ 2 ans d’expérience sur Workday HCM (cabinet de conseil ou environnement client).
* Vous avez de bonnes bases sur les processus RH (administration du personnel, talent, performance, compétences).
* Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux et aimez travailler en équipe sur des projets structurants.
* Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement international et maîtrisez le français et l’anglais.
* Vous êtes mobile en France et à l’international.
