Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Financials Senior Manager / Director, you should expect to influence and manage deployment or significant part of the deployment of Workday Financials implementation and have the following responsibilities:
Align technology with business strategy and goals, work directly with the client or guide a team to gather requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.
Be an expert internally and externally for your deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation.
Serve as Subject Matter expert in digital Finance transformation and advise clients in their Finance technology decisions and strategies
Solution integrated offerings that enable a client’s digital finance experience through Workday
Lead the delivery and deployment of Workday Financials solutions leveraging your deep finance and Workday technology expertise
Participate in and giuide sales pursuits supporting client technology strategies and end-to-end transformation efforts enabled by Workday
Mentor and guide junior finance consultants
Your skills and Qualifications:
7+ years previous Financials consulting or implementation experience
Played key roles in 2-3 Financials implementations
Led multiple Financials functional areas, including experience in defining how multiple Financials modules work together.
Proven experience guiding high performing teams
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Senior Stakeholder management experience
Existing and current Workday Financials certifications preferred
Additional preferred attributes:
Ability and willingness to travel to meet project needs within COVID guidelines
3-5+ years of Workday experience
7+ years of previous consulting experience or congruent professional experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
Implementing Workday Financials with a certified Workday implementation partner
Multiple Workday certifications
NZ Working Rights
Preference will go to candidates based in New Zealand with current Working Rights.
Visa Sponsorship Transfer may be available for candidates already based in New Zealand.
