Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work side by side with Accenture leadership to formulate and implement the talent acquisition strategy that supports the needs of your portfolio. Your role sees you ensuring the continuous supply of optimal staffing solutions that support demands.

Your Role: Accenture is a complex and dynamic environment, so there is no typical day, however here’s a summary of the key responsibilities in the role of a Recruitment Specialist in Technology.

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term talent acquisition plans/strategies aligned to the needs of the business and open vacancies
  • Ensure your shortlists are diverse with I&D and Gender being key considerations in our sourcing strategy
  • Build a deep understanding of your Tech domain and use that market knowledge to advise and educate the business on best approach when sourcing
  • Collaborate with your business group to develop engaging talent brand activities to build pipelines that support demand
  • Complex stakeholder management activities with HR, Business Leads, and the Talent team
  • Collate and present recruitment data that enables you to influence and drive decisions
  • Problem solve and solution and bring idea’s to the table that will continually develop our team and your delivery to the business
  • Exercise subject matter expertise on applying internal and external staffing policies, standards, and/or regulations throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle to educate varied stakeholders on policy, system, and process issues in addition to identifying opportunities to optimize policies, systems, and processes.
  • Lead by example in delivering a high-touch candidate care approach to bolster a best-in-class candidate experience for Accenture

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years talent acquisition experience either in-house or agency
  • Demonstrated ability in composing and executing a talent acquisition strategy and sourcing in a competitive market
  • Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on excellence
  • Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced growth environment, gained from a large matrix organisation
  • Consultative approach to providing solutions and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Be comfortable with change and working in an agile and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and ideally Workday ATS
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Established communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a solution focused mindset
