As a senior level Oracle Projects consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle Project (PPM Cloud) suite of applications in Oracle implementation programs across the full cycle of implementation.

You will be expected to advise clients on leading practice solution for Oracle project and portfolio management. You will team with client business subject matter experts, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of Oracle project and portfolio management. You would also assist into solution design and implementation for Oracle finance products.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and manage the functional implementation of Oracle PPM cloud including requirement analysis, process and functional design, configuration, testing, deployment and transitioning to support.

  • Lead and Run the functional design Workshops; identify business requirements and map to Oracle PPM Cloud, provide fit gap analysis and provide alternative solution

  • Configure and test Oracle applications, create functional design for customisations like reports, interfaces etc, and migrate the solution to production

  • Plan, lead and run functional design workshops to assess client’s business requirements and design the PPM solution using Oracle PPM cloud

  • Interact with client business SMEs and assist them in taking key solution decisions for Oracle applications

  • Assist in scoping and solutioning of change requests or new opportunities for Oracle PPM cloud

  • Advise client team on best practices for Oracle PPM cloud implementation

  • Participate into solution design and configuration for Oracle finance cloud applications like fixed assets etc.

  • Collaborate with the global network during implementation programs

Skills Requirements

  • Proven track record implementing Oracle PPM cloud suite applications

  • Deep product and application knowledge in Oracle PPM Cloud modules – Project costing, Project billing, Project management, Project resource management

  • Leading practices in project and portfolio management processes

  • Implementation experience in Oracle fixed assets and integration with Capex planning in EPM cloud

  • High level understanding of Oracle ERP cloud applications and interdependencies with PPM cloud

  • 8+ years of experience in implementing Oracle PPM applications – cloud and / or on-premise

  • Strong networking skills (internal and external relationship management)

  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence

  • Strong verbal and written communication - presentation, client service and writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.

  • Demonstrated experience through all phases of the technology life cycle, including analysis, design, , build/configuration, testing and operational transition

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – high level of motivation, work-ethics and self-starting attitude

Preferred

  • Implementation experience in one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules like accounts payable, purchasing, self-service procurement etc.

  • Exposure to capex planning in EPM and integration with Oracle EPM cloud
