We’re currently seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant, who is certified in Employee Central and ideally at least 1 other SF module. This position will be involved in the implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions for our valued customers. This position will see you immersed in all aspects of customer relationship management including; implementation delivery, consulting on best practice approaches and helping our customers to continue to add value to their SF environments.

To be successful, you’ll need to hold the relevant SF certifications which are supported by hands-on consulting experience working directly with customers.  As we are an Accredited Employer with NZ Immigration, we are able to engage with overseas candidates looking to move to NZ and can assist with visas.

Skill Requirements

The following skills are required to fill this role:

  • SF Employee Central certification backed up by implementation experience.  Additional experience and certification in one of the following: LMS,  Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Performance and Goals, Compensation
  • 3+ years’ consulting experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Focussed on delivering value to the customer and able to provide knowledge transfer to the Zag SAP SF/HCM team
  • Takes personal accountability for the resolution of issues and delivery of positive customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive can do attitude
