Must have Skills : Kinaxis Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : SUmmary - As a VIS and BI Strategy Practitioner, you will define the vision and strategy for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to assess opportunities, craft business cases, and guide clients through adoption. You’ll also create implementation roadmaps and ensure effective measurement of VIS BI initiatives. Technical Experience : - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Strong understanding of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for VIS/BI initiatives.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Professional Attributes : - Serve as VIS/BI SME and lead team performance.- Drive team decisions and cross-team collaboration.- Provide solutions to complex issues.- Conduct workshops to build VIS/BI capability.- Track industry trends to keep the team ahead in VIS/BI advancements. Educational Qualification: 15yrs mandatory education Additional Information : The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
