Summary
An experienced Technical Architect with 7.5 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Adobe Workfront solutioning, including Workfront Fusion and the full Workfront product suite. This role will be hands-on, client-facing, and solution-driven, supporting a wide range of clients—from new implementations to optimization and training.
As a Technical Architect, you will lead discovery, design, configuration, and delivery of Workfront solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and industry best practices. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on governance, process automation, integrations, and scalable adoption of Workfront across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront functionality and architecture.
- Lead discovery workshops with clients to capture requirements and map them to scalable Workfront solutions.
- Design, build, and configure Workfront objects: custom forms, templates, portfolios, programs, reports, dashboards, approval workflows, notifications, statuses, job roles, and user structures.
- Collect requirements and assess against client process design principles and enterprise workflows.
- Configure and optimize Workfront Fusion workflows to enable integrations and automations with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Manage Workfront environments, provide administration and governance support, and deliver user training.
- Work closely with project stakeholders, functional leads, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Coordinate UAT, acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
- Act as a thought leader in Workfront solutioning, staying updated on new features and roadmap capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing across the practice.

Professional & Technical Experience
- 7.5 years of IT experience, with a strong foundation in enterprise solution architecture.
- 3–4 years of hands-on Workfront experience, including administration, configuration, and solutioning.
- At least 2 years of Workfront System Admin or consultancy experience.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion for integrations and workflow automation.
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent). In lieu of a degree, minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
