Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the systems to support evolving business demands are integral parts of your role. Your work contributes directly to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business objectives through effective application development and configuration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience with cloud-based financial reconciliation solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within cloud applications.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve application-related challenges effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
