Summary:
AI Powered Tech Talent. As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will lead enterprise-wide Agentforce architecture and strategy across large Salesforce engagements. You will be responsible for defining agent-based solution frameworks, guiding multiple teams, and ensuring alignment between conversational AI capabilities and business outcomes.
This role requires advanced expertise in Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes, combined with strong Salesforce architectural experience. You will provide strategic direction, architectural governance, and technical leadership for agent-based implementations across programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the architectural owner for Agentforce-based solutions across programs.
Define enterprise agent architecture standards and implementation frameworks.
Architect and govern intelligent agent solutions using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
Identify high-impact business use cases suitable for agent-based automation.
Guide teams on agent orchestration, prompt design, intents, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure Agentforce solutions integrate seamlessly with Salesforce data model, Flows, Apex, LWC, and external systems.
Drive consistency, scalability, security, and reliability of agent implementations.
Lead architecture governance, design authority reviews, and technical decision forums.
Own estimation, technical risk identification, and mitigation planning for agent solutions.
Collaborate with client leadership to align agent strategy with business goals.
Mentor architects and senior engineers on Agentforce best practices.
Evaluate new Agentforce capabilities and roadmap features for enterprise adoption.
Define reusable components, accelerators, and governance models for agents.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and data privacy standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Deep expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Extensive hands-on experience with:
o Agentforce
o Agentforce Vibes
Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and conversational design.
Experience with prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and RAG-based solutions.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, data strategy, and security architecture.
Ability to design scalable, enterprise-ready agent solutions.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.
Strong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to guide multiple teams operating under different delivery managers.
Certifications Required
Salesforce System Architect – Mandatory
Salesforce Application Architect – Mandatory
CTA – Strongly Preferred
Agentforce Specialist – Mandatory or Preferred
Additional Information:
15+ years of Salesforce and enterprise architecture experience.
Proven experience leading multi-team and multi-project Salesforce programs.
Strong exposure to AI-driven transformation initiatives.
15 years of full-time education is required.
