Summary:
We are seeking a skilled delivery-focused Projector Program Manager to lead ADAS engineering initiatives across multiple vehicle platforms. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of ADAS features, driving innovation in sensor fusion and perception systems, and collaborating with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 14 years of experience in embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive safety standards, with hands-on exposure to NVIDIA DRIVE platforms and Gen-AI engineering accelerators.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support Software development for ADAS Projects
2.Program Leadership: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of ADAS programs across vehicle platforms.
2. System Engineering: Define system requirements and architecture for ADAS features such as lane keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance.
3. Sensor Fusion & Perception: Oversee development of algorithms using radar, LiDAR, and camera systems, leveragingADAS SOC framework.
4. Validation & Testing: Lead simulation and real-world testing using for synthetic data generation and scenario validation.
5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to ISO 26262, ASPICE, and cybersecurity standards.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams on technical and programming goals.
7. Cloud & V2X Integration: Support development of cloud-based vehicle data platforms and V2X communication strategies.
8. Model-Based Development: Promote use of AUTOSAR and model-based design tools for scalable ADAS solutions.
9. AI/ML Enablement: Integrate AI/ML for perception and decision-making, including GenAI for code generation, test automation, and documentation.
10. GenAI Accelerators: Utilize GenAI tools for requirements analysis, defect prediction, test case generation, and engineering knowledge reuse.
11. Client Engagements: Represent the organization in customer discussions and technical workshops.
12. Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery.
13. Onsite-Offshore Coordination: Lead distributed teams across geographies for seamless collaboration.
14. Quality Assurance: Implement validation frameworks using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and GenAI-powered analytics.
15. Team Development: Mentor engineers and domain experts in ADAS systems.
16. Solutioning: Drive end-to-end solutioning for ADAS systems, integrating technical feasibility with business value


Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.
2. Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
3. Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, ADTF, AUTOSAR, and NVIDIA DRIVE SDK.
4. Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
5. Experience in cloud connectivity and V2X communication.
6. Experience with AI/ML for perception and decision-making.
7. Exposure to global automotive markets and regulatory environments.
8. Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and GenAI engineering tools.
9. Knowledge of model-based development and simulation frameworks.
10. ADAS & Autonomous Systems: Lane keeping, adaptive cruise, collision avoidance, RADAR, LiDAR, camera-based perception.
11. Vehicle Architectures: E/E Architecture, Zonal ECUs.
12. Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, DOIP.
13. Tools & Simulation: CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink, NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim.
14. System Design & Modeling: AUTOSAR, PREEvision, Functional Architecture
15. ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
