What would you do? Campaign Operator The Campaign Analyst will support the Campaign Developer in designing, building, and testing campaigns in the marketing automation platform, understanding the full solution design and the business purpose of the campaign to develop. Key Responsibilities • Completes campaign requirements which may include segmentation of the audience, delivery setup, campaign design, marketing automation and monitoring. • Email development, responsive and static • Understand the BRDs or client guideline to develop an email • Troubleshoot the email code for rendering issues • Provides support in peer reviewing and testing campaigns built by other team members. • Apply best practices and help to improve manual/automated processes. • Provides support in issue analysis, escalation, and resolution. • Post-launch campaign monitoring and generate reports. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing technology and operations focusing on execution of marketing on behalf of the Client • Bachelor’s Degree required • Background with experience in one or more marketing automation tools; e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Adobe Campaign, IBM/Unica, Siebel-Marketing, Oracle-CRM-Marketing, SAP-CRM-Marketing, Eloqua, and/or Marketo. • Understanding of leading practices in email marketing. • Data Base creation and maintenance. • HTML 4.0 and CSS for Emails. • Knowledge about A/B testing implementation for campaign deployment • Understanding of marketing strategy with specific expertise in targeting, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign automation. • Understanding of marketing operations, processes and business requirements. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-drive
What are we looking for? Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge in one or more of the following: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Adobe Campaign, IBM/Unica, Siebel-Marketing, Oracle-CRM-Marketing, SAP-CRM-Marketing, Eloqua, and/or Marketo • Experience and knowledge about campaign workflows and process. • Responsive email development, dynamic content creation and template update. • Experience across more than one vertical, e.g. Life Sciences, Retail, Financial Services • Technologies: jQuery, XML, JavaScript Web and server side, HTML, CSS and SOAP. Required Experience • Minimum 1 years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing automation tools. • Knowledge about send emails using email applications or sending methods for different Campaign Platforms. • Experience in quality assurance processes. Pluses • Certified in Marketing Automation tools (preferred Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign and Eloqua).
